Perfect Brats

I love Johnsonville Beer Brats. Tonight, I grilled them differently. I turned on both burners but laid the brats on the outside edge of the grill – not directly over the flame.  I closed the lid letting the brats cook in the heat instead of directly over it. Once the brats firmed up, I placed them over the flames to pick up some of that great char-broiled taste.

Easy and the best tasting brats yet. The brats did not burst, keeping the juices inside.
